#Addition molding silicone for mould  making is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A and part B. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1,mainly be suitable for making molds application.

3.Notes
1.The following material may hinder the curing of HY-E625, 
so please use after the test. If necessary, please clean the application areas.
l Organotin compound or Condensation silicone with organotin. 
l Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials. 
l Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials. 
l Pewters solder flux.
2. HY-E625 should be sealed storage. 
The mixture should be used up disposably to avoid causing waste.
3. HY-E625 belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.
4. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix it evenly before using, which does not affect the performance.

Warm Tips of Addition Cure Silicone Rubber 
A.As it's very easy to cuase uncure problem , pls clean up all the tools which had mixed with 
condensation cure silicone rubber to avoid uncure problem . 
B.Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber before testing to 
prevent uncure.
C.Addition cure silicone rubber is bicomponent including Part A and Part B, do not add the 
Part B on the container which had hold Part A,the same for part B .
D.The mixing ratio (1:1, 10:1) must in strict accordance with the ratio in case of the changing of 
hardness .

 Using instruction:
 
1, Mixing Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1/10:1
 
2, Deaeration the mixture in vacuum pump under 0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes. Then the mixture could be used for pouring.
 
3, Please note that the thickness of the silicone affects the curing time. If the silicone used is a little thick, then the curing time will be a little longer. The temperature also affects the curing time. When in lower temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization. With temperature of 80~100ºC, the silicone will cure in 15 minutes; while in 25ºC room temperature, the silicone will cure around 4-5 hours.
