The new type Dorsal Seal Style High Speed Pocket Spring Coiling Machine LR-PS-HF came in for the advantages of the old type. With high Performace, high efficiency and high stability, LR-PS-HF is designed from our yeas of experiences in this line.
Technical Characteristics:
1. With completely close cycle data tackle system, the machine itself will inspect and control each independent work sitein time, in order to run accurately.
2. More than 95% of the control come from servo, which can offer dynamic supply when there are some mistakes from accident or suddenness, so, it is unnecessary to adjust the parameters of the machine frequently by operators.
3. Under the stable running situation, the output is up to 60 springs/min.
4. Both the electrical parts and the structure of the machine are up to the CE. So that it is more safe and user-friendly.
5. With integrated there-dimensional software, it make sure the structure reasonable and the useness of maintenance spare parts continuate. *Compact design /Electro-mechanical conveyor are controlled by servo /accurate motions.
6. Intelligent sensors can check malfunctions all the time /Display corresponding alarm on the HIM duly /one operator can run several sets of LR-PS-HF alone.
7. Unique patented spring conveyor design increases productivity and efficiency.
8. Very operator user-friendly non-woven joint device/save time and non-woven.
9. Automatic cutter for the pocket springs can be selected as an additional part.
