1 fast heating, gas furnace heating faster than the more than 10 times:
2 the heating time is short, burning a small, compared to other heating methods, significantly reducing the amount of metal loss;
3 furnaces, small size, small footprint, the volume can be reduced to the extent of only three to five loading ingots, extrusion machines to meet production needs;
4 no environmental pollution, good quality metal billets heated;
5 to facilitate mechanization and automation, good working conditions, can reduce the operator;
6 metal billet heating process, the spindle temperature control can be achieved;
7 can be configured side by side two induction furnace (exchange use), to avoid shutdown, improve production efficiency heating furnace failure.
Packing & Delivery
As for packaging:
1. Machine is always wrapped with a film layer, and then packed with a paper box.
2. Then put the wrapped machine into a wooden case(Standard exporting ctn), and wrap the machine with foam around.
As for shipping:
1. If you have shipper in China around, we can send the machine directly to them for free.
2. If you want us sending the machine to you directly, we can send the machine to China any main ports promptly.
