Autoclaved aerated concrete is manufactured as blocks or panels.Aerated concrete consists of cement, quartz sand, all kinds of gas agents (aluminium powders or pastes), in some cases gypsum and lime. First, necessary materials are mixed with water. Then this mixture is loaded into specially designed shapes, in which, as a result of the combination of gas agents and water, hydrogen appears, which promotes the formation of pores. The volume of the mixture increases sharply. After the solidification of this composition, the process of cutting into finished products of the necessary size and hardening them in autoclaves for stiffening takes place.

Our most important raw materials are Dioxane silica sand (from the Glass factory) not the river sand, so our AAC panels have excellent advantages other than AAC products have. The most obvious advantages of our products are ultra-thin and super smooth, which can greatly reduce the cost of the contractors. Our company can continuously produce ultra-thin and smooth cakes, of which 35mm thick boards and exterior insulation cakes (sandwich cakes) are the future development trend.
