(1)Description :
Double shutters &double rails fireproof shutter which is made as per (fireproof shutter) GB14102-2005and (manufacture's standard)Q/IIW12-2001 consists of steel rail, bottom bar, clamp plate ,door libel ,case and together with motor, controller to satisfy integrity, smoke and fire insulation. The shutter is made of inorganic textile (stainless steel wire is set in side).There is two kinds of inorganic special-grade shutters, rolling type and folding and upgrade type.
(2)Performance :
1. This type shutter consists of two layers of shutters , the space between them is over 250mm with air. It makes use of the good insulation of air to strengthen the fire insulation with light weight, good performance and lower price.
2.At the space of 250mm,fire insulation is 3h,for the folding up-grade shutter it the space is 350mm .Electric acting average speed is 2m/min~7m/min with two-step closing and thermal controller .The accessories including inorganic fire-retardant, gearing assembly, fireproof motor ,controller ,independent thermal detector and so on.                                   
3. Water curtain is not necessary which decreases water supply cost intensely .It is also good at smoke Insulation, rustproof, corrosion resistance, light weight, cheap price, no-deformation against fire ,simple structure and easy installation. 
(3)Application:
Applied to the civil or industry constructions with fire proof shutters, fire endure≥3h. Generally used at the fireproof insulation occasion without spraying.
