3hours Fireproof  Side Move Steel Rolling Shutter

(1) Description:
Siding fireproof rolling steel shutter which is made as per national standard GB14102-2005 consists of flake ,gearing ,gearing case ,real ,rail channel and closed ends .The flakes collect to roller hanging to the up rail channel and move along to open and close. The flak has single and compound type .The normal single flake thickness≥1.0mm,the compound type each flake thickness≥0.8mm and filled with rock wool and its outline thickness is 20mm.We use Boo steel super cold rolling galvanized plate to make flake ,gearing case. The roller running with small friction and obstruction and it can make curvilinear movement .For the large span open size ,there is no need to add to column .That the up rail channel seizes small space is applied to ground car park or the place requires high pass channel. Winding shaft we use φ=165*4.5mm welded tube with the open size within 16m, φ219*5mm with the open size between 16m to 40m.Driving shaft always use φ140*4mm steel welded tube.

The specification of vertical smoke fire rolling steel shutter is supposed to be in line with (construction door &window size system) (GB/T 5824-2008) and applied to breadth <=9m,height<=6m.For the special open size ,customer can consult with us to resolve it and at present the largest breadth reaches 27m.
(5)Design points:

1.switch and gearing can be fixed to the right or left of inside or outside of the room according to
customer's requirements.
2.Gearing space should take into consideration to avoid components colliding.
3.Using bulgy bolt or pre-built-in welding to connect rolling shutter and wall .For the existed
Constructions ,use bulgy bolt to make sure fixing instance and design requirements.
4.The electric equipment installer is supposed to supply Mains and signal wires within 1000mm
from electric box.
 

(4)Specification:
The maximum open breadth ≤45m,height≤8m. This door can move in curvilinear and the minimum radium ≥800.If rail channel height =150mm, the case height =rolling shutter visible height +(200mm-400mm). Ground rail is not necessary ,flake is 20mm from the finish floor and the rolling shutter case is lower over 50mm from the finish floor.
(5)Design points:
1.Make a maintaining door 600*1200 beside motor.
2.For the open width ≥30m,proposing making two rolling shutters.
3. Case is made of 50*2 square tube welded with 0.8mm steel sheet.width≥20m,using 60*2square tube and two of them must be 60*2.
