SBR 1502 Synthetic Butadiene Rubber material 1502
Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR 1502) is the most widely used general-purpose rubber among all synthetic rubbers.
SBR is the major raw material in the manufacture of automobile tires, shoe soles, conveyor belts, rubber tubing, tank and caterpillar tracks, sporting goods, toys and many others.
Process:
The product is polymerized by styrene and butadiene monomers in normal hexane solvent using a lithium initiator. The product is of high rubber content, fast extrusion speed and less contraction.
Product Feature:
The product enjoys a series of advantages including abrasion resistance, cold weather resistance, low heat generation, good rebound, less contraction, better gloss, few ash, high purity and fast vulcanization etc.
Usage:
The product is mainly used in production of tyre, footwear and other rubber articles.
Rubber Products
DESCRIPTION: The butadiene-alphamethylstyrene (styrene) rubber is produced by emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and alphamethylstyrene (styrene) at low temperature with an emulsifier being a mixture of rosin soaps and synthetic fatty acids. VTS-150 is used as an antioxidant.
APPLICATION: SKMS-30 ARK (SKS-30 ARK) rubber is all-purpose. The processing properties, synthetic rubber technology, performance, quality of ingredients being used and the range of SKMS-30 ARK (SKS-30 ARK) rubber products are similar to those of SBR-1500.
