A: Free sample for normally item ,only shipping cost needed ,

if customer designed will check case by case

Q: What's the lead time for samples and mass production ?

A: Samples need 3-5days for standard parts ,if OEM item will check case by case

Mass production 7-15days as usual ,if urgent we can check more quicker L/T

Q: How is the quality control ?

A: 1ST 100% elec.test after soldering ;

2ND100% elec.test after molding;

3RD 100% checking for appearance before shipping ;

4TH sampling checking by OQC before shipping

Q: How is the after-sales service ?

A : We providing replacement or funds return for all quality issue caused by us .

Also we have 24H after-sales service for helping you deal with all quality issue .
