1. How can we get sample to test quality before placing larger order?
We can supply free sample for the standard model, you just need to afford the shipping cost. 
For the customized sample, please contact us for the cost.
Usually, we will choose to ship samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.Pls kindly tell us your company name, delivery address, phone number and contact person for safe sample delivery. 

2. Dose your company accept customized?
Of course, yes!
Customized design and logo are welcome,  you just need to tell us your design details and your request, we have an outstanding design team, we believe we can give you a satisfying outcome.
3.What is the normal lead time?
For stock bottle, we will send goods to you within 1-3 days after receiving your payment.
For the bulk order, we need about 25-30 days after receiving your payment.

4.What is your shipping terms?
For small trial order,FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc can be provided.
For larger order,we can arrange shipment by sea,by air according to your requirement.

5.What is your payment term?
We are quite flexible about payment, we accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, Cash, etc
Usually 30% payment in advance, 70% payment before delivery.
