XGJ vertical ring pellet machine is YULONG patented product, which has introduced advanced technologies at home and abroad. Vertical ring mold, no material blocking. Double-layer mold greatly increased its working efficiency, and high-alloy steel mold greatly extends its service life. Independent lubrication under high pressure makes it clean and unblocked. Suitable for materials with low adhensiveness and shaping rate, such as rice husk, peanut shell and other fruit shells; tree branch, trunk, bark and other wood; various corp straws, rubber, cement, ash and chemical materials. Applicable humidity of raw material ranges from 10% to 15%, and raw material dimension should be 2/3 of pellet dimension. Widely used in biomass energy plant, power generation station, wood processing factory, fertilizer factory, chemical plant, etc, being an optimal molding device.
