Split case water pump is a single-stage double-suction horizontal split centrifugal
pump and used to transport purewater and the liquid of both physical and chemical
nature similar to those of water, the maximum temperature of which must not be
over 80 ,suitable for water supply and drainage in factories, mines, cities and electric stations,
water logged land drainage and irrigation of farming land and carious hydraulic projects.


 

1. The casing is axially split with the suction and discharge branches located in
    the lower half,so it allows the complete pump rotor with bearings to be removed
    for maintenance without disturbing the main pipework and valves.Short inspection
    and maintenance times.
2. Impeller is symmetrically arranged.Rotor is in hydraulic balance.
3. Double volute casing reduced radial thrust and bearing loads.
4. Sizes of seal chamber comply with API682 specification.Seal chamber is
    designed to accommodate all single,tandem,dual and cartridge seal configurations.
    Cartridge seal is standard type.
5. Replaceable wear rings prevent the main components from being worn out.

     The pumps are suitable for pumping clean liquids or liquids with some tolerance of slight 
     contamination by solids. They are used for pumping liquids for petrochemical process,
     forwater supply and treatment, in irrigation, in district heating plans,in the paper and pulp 
     industries, as marine ballast and  cooling water pumps, in sea water desalination plants.
    As well as being used for other similar usefulness. S series pumps can also be used as energy 
     recovery turbines.
