Q1.What is the trade term?
A1:Ex-work factory , FOB Dalian, CIF

Q2. How long is the guarantee (period)?
A2:Five years quality warranty . 

Q3.How many colors for selection ? 
A3:More than 200 colors. We will provide you with color card , please choose your favorite from it.

Q4.How long is our production leading time?
A4:within 14-20 days upon receiving deposit in normal season.

Q5.What is the payment term?
A5:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready . 

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down Packing with the 5 piers carton boxes ,and inside with the 30mm pearl cotton for protection and PVC for four corners protection.

Q7. What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
A7: Inside each packing of the office furniture products ,we have put the exactly instruction book ,you can assemble the office furniture very easy.  Or we could also provide finishing furniture.

Q8.What kind of documents we will provide for you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side. If you are from Europe, we could also provide you the CE certificates.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

Q10. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A10: If there is some small missing components,we will DHL  to you ASAP within one week.

Q11. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory with designing, manufacturing, marketing and exporting together with our office. We are both melamine board and finishing furniture factory. Our export company also has more than 10 years experience. Our products are sold close to everywhere.
