 Ivermectin is a new semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide, acaricide and nematocide, which belongs to insect nerve agent and biological permeable agent. The mechanism of action is to interfere with the neurophysiological activities of pests, stimulate the release of γ-aminobutyric acid, acting on the nerve and muscle joints, increase the release of chloride ions, inhibit the information transmission of nerve joints, resulting in paralysis of pests and harmful mites and poisoning death. Its product is colorless or light brown yellow liquid. Ivermectin is a new type of broad-spectrum, high efficiency and low toxicity antibiotic against parasites, especially nematodes and arthropods. But not for tapeworms, flukes and protozoa. Large ring lactone class parasite drug resistance to nematodes and the function of flooding killed by arthropods, is to increase the insect body inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) release, and open the glutamic acid control Cl ion channels, strengthen the nerve membrane permeability of Cl, thereby blocking nerve signal transmission, nerve palsy, eventually lose muscle contraction ability, This causes the worm to die.

Applications:
1.Ivermectin, an antibiotic drug, has antifungal activity against nematodes, insects and mites. The injection tablets made of Ivermectin are mainly used for the treatment of gastrointestinal nematodes in domestic animals, such as cattle fly maggots, skin fly maggots, sheep nose fly maggots and pig sheep scabies. In addition, Ivermectin can also be used for the treatment of parasitic nematodes in domestic animals (such as roundworm lungworm, etc.).
