1. Water cooled screw glycol chiller applications
The use of air-cooled glycol chillers and water-cooled glycol chillers (or fluid process chiller systems) for dairy and food processing operations is a critical part of producing safe and high quality consumer products. Eurostars has developed OEM designs for many of the most common process chillers used for Brewery's, Distillery's and other Fermentation production, initial milk cooling or pasteurization.
2. Eurostars water cooled screw glycol chiller main components
(1)Powerful Compressor:
High performance compressor, high EER value, low power consumption, low noise, low vibration, low failure rate, life up to 15 years, smooth operation.
(2)Shell and Tube Condenser:
Shell and tube evaporator with cooper tubes optimizes the cooling and heating efficiency.
Self-cleaning, high intensity, anti-shaking design and heat insulation covering material ensure shell and tube heat exchanger unstained, reliable, quiet, highly efficient.
(3)Pump (optional):
It's the heart of the water cycle, 100% copper motor, no leakage, no burning machine, long life, stainless steel flexible connection for easy replacement, repair and disassembly.
(4)Intelligent Controller:
Electronic panel, intelligent control switch, intelligent operation, simple, convenient and easy maintenance. Judging the running state of the unit by display time, one-click start automatic integration of efficient work.
(5)Throttling Device:
Adopt superior quality famous exterior balanced thermal expansion valve or capillary type throttling device, which is high reliability and adjustability, can realize precise refrigerant and temperature control to ensure operating in precise and reliable status.
(6)Economizer(optional):
Economizers are mechanical devices intended to reduce energy consumption and improve operating efficiencies in fluid process chiller system.

7. How to size a glycol chiller for brewing?
These suggestions assume a decently insulated vessel (neoprene jacket or better) in a modest ambient temperature of 80F (27ºC). If your setup is uninsulated, or running in hotter ambient conditions you'll need to allow for more BTU/hr. The cold crash is figured for about 18hrs, if you want a faster crash you'll need to add more BTU/hr. When in doubt, use the suggestions for a vessel 1-2 sizes bigger than your actual size.

(1)Multiple packing: proved by tests of the compression resistance, throwing. And highly secured.
(2)Plywood case packing: High resistance of burst strength, ring crushing strength and tearing strength.
(3)Wooden frame parking: Damp-proved and high resistance burst strength and ring crush strength.
