Characteristics of product:
Can fix color on basis of low temperature, no need baking of high temperature, thus can greatly save energy, the formed film will not turn yellow under high temperature (190 ºC).
Color paste preparation is simple, no compatibility order requirements, the need and crosslinking agent, modulated paste has good stability, in covered container deposit 15 days surface crust
Be binder of cross linking by itself, more softer than common binder and has good stability, suitable to varieties of textile materials, especially knitting and washcloth. Can be directly mixed with pigments and thickening agent into paste.
l       Method of usage:
Dosage is 1g pigment : 2~3.5g binder
After printing and drying, need bake under temperature of 1400C for 3 minutes or 1700C for 30 seconds
Advice: a test should be done before using it.
l       Packing and storage
Packing: 150kg plastic drum.
Storage: can be stored for 6 months under room temperature.
