2205 Duplex Stainless Steel (an even higher grade than 316) in a Mirror Finish.

5. Can it be used for exterior application ? 
As it is 2205 Duplex grade Stainless Steel, it is more than suitable for use outside. 

6. What is supplied ? 
6.1. 47.5x47.5 Square Spigot Stem with rubbers to suit 12mm glass. No drilling of glass required. Use an allen key to tighten grub screws to hold the glass in place. 
6.2. Cover plate to suit the square spigot.
