This machine is versatile and uses two CO2 laser tubes. One of them is a high-power 280W laser tube that can be used to cut thin metal sheets and non-metallic medium and heavy plates. In addition, there is a small power 60W laser tube, which is mainly used for engraving work. This machine is the best and most economical choice for both metal and non-metal processing.
The laser output is stable. The discharge tube is catalyst coated,the working life is much increased. Compared to similar product, the tube body length is shorter, the laser beam mode is better, the cutting speed is higher.
1. Stability: the discharge glass tube body is imported from Germany. The laser beam mode is up to TEM00. The power is table. It is competitive for industrial application.

Double heads, one is A1 another one is A2.
A1 is a mixed laser cutting head, also known as metal / non-metallic laser cutting head is an important part. This laser head is different from ordinary laser cutting head, both cutting metal materials, but also cutting non-metallic materials. with the capacitor height adjustment system can accurately track the focus of the metal plate surface. Z-axis transmission part, you can move up and down, accurate tracking of the focus position.
A2 is for non-metal engraving, it match with a 60w small laser tube, it is mainly to do the engraving work.
The air pump is used for three basic reasons. The primary reason is the push fumes away from the laser's focal lens. This protects the lens from contaminants which could destroy the lens. The second function of the air pump is to push air into the material's kerf as created by the laser beam. Air that is applied to the kerf will remove debris/fumes and allow the laser light to penitrate deeper through the material. The third reason is that the air will help to cool the material. If the laser cut/engraved material stays hot, then it could warp or shrink. This air pump is a diaphram style which does not require oil. Oil or water in the air line could be projected directly onto the focal lens. This air pump has a higher air flow rate and is quieter than other piston-stroke designs.
The vacuum blower creates an air flow to remove dust and fumes from the work area of the laser machine. It is important to remove the dust and fumes from the laser engraving areas because dust can settle onto the mirrors or lens. Dust on the mirrors or lens will create a focal point of the laser's heat and soon destroy the optics. The fumes need to be removed from the operator work area because they can be irritating and unhealthy. The blower can also be connected to a vaccum box to pull air through the work material.
The limit switches prevent the axis from attempting to go beyond the mechanical limits of the machine. Some machines can be equipped with autofocus sensor which ties into the control board. The sensors for the X and Y axis are non-contact sensors which yeild a more repeatable position over the life of the machine.
The imported silicon reflective lens for the substrate silicon, it has a good optical heat, the surface of the silicon coated with a reflective film, can greatly improve its reflectivity, about 98-99%, almost to avoid the reflection caused by the loss of light.
