A: H-Power provides the range from 5kva-15kva.

A: H-Power can deliver within 15-30 working days after we get the deposit usually.

Q: What's your payment?
A: H-Power can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid defore shipment or L/C  at sight. But based on some special project and order, we can adjust payment item.

Q: What's your warranty?
A: H-Power can offer one year or 1000hours (according to whichever reach first) from Ex-Factory date.  However, the warranty for some special projects will be extended.

Q: How can I get the sample to check your quality?
A: After price is confirmed, you can get samples to check our product's quality and design. We will          provide sample as long as you afford the express freight and sample cost.
