The hengshui guangxing Rotary Screen basket  is installed in a pumping station of a combined sewerage system to remove suspended solids from raw wastewater. When installed in a channel of the pumping station, the rotary screen traps suspended solids by Wedge Wire Screen. The raw wastewater flows into the rotating screen and is filtered when leaving the screen from the inside to the outside. Suspended solids are trapped on the inside surface of the screen, and raked upward as the screen rotates. The solids collected at the top of the inside of the screen are flushed out with flushing water down into a discharge trough for collection.
