BG Linear Type Food Tray Sealing Machine is for a variety of applications: dumpling, tofu, meat, fish, sausage, poultry, vegetables, fruit, sandwich and ready meals. BG Linear Type Food Tray Sealing Machine is the ideal choice for sealing differently sized and shaped meal trays. Trays put manually (also can feed flled tray automatically by conveyor to save labor cost) or empty trays are loaded by a tray denester on the mould and transfer to the sealing station. It cuts the film to the contour with a clean die-cut system will enhance the appearance of your meal the best that it can be at a reasonable cost. Or if you want to save more cost, rectangular trays' film is cut in between each container, leaving absolutely no waste of film. And potentially saving in material costs. Further savings include reduced labor costs and downtime by eliminating the need to handle and discard excess film. The temperature and sealing time are regulated to allow for the sealing of different types of film and trays.
