Gluing Part:High Speed Printed Box Folder Gluer1.The standard width of down-glue tube part glue wheel is 8mm, down-glue method (Remarks:Glue wheel is 8mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm) which is optional part.
2.The standard width of up-glue wheel is 8mm(The optional with for up-glue wheel is 12mm).
3.Glue Tank can be adjusted left and right based on box type.
4.The glue volume can be adjusted with even glue supply. The high capacity, easy to maintain.
5.The tank uses fine copper-corrosion resistant and caters to a large variety of glue.
Folding section:High Speed Printed Box Folder Gluer1.The folding section adopts wider imported folding belts which can ensure precise adjustment for the right and left folding belts and various angles of guide rollers featuring for in high stability and catering to the needs of different size and different material of cartons.
2.Both sides of this unit are equipped with imported well-known step-less speed regulator which can effectively regulate the differential speed of up and down belts and eliminate fish tail phenomena that happened during the folding of the cartons (boxes). The 90°folding device makes you no worry for the deviation of the belts when doing thick carton board.
Pre-pressing Section:High Speed Printed Box Folder Gluer
1.Upper/lower drive mechanism to adjust length; Equipped with automatic belt tension-adjusting system.
2.Adopts continuous and automatic box collecting mechanism to ensure boxes enter the convey section neat and well aligned.
3.Equipped with electronic counter.
4.Pressure rollers can be adjusted depending on box types and paper quality to achieve flawless box creasing.
Conveying Section:
1.There is a flapping device between the pre-pressing part and conveying and pressing part ( Optional device for 880 model). This device can do second correction to eliminate the fish tail phenomena.
2.A counter-kicker is equipped with this part to mark the number of the pile. The number to be kicked is set in the man-machine interface.
3.The conveying and pressing belt adopts driving transmission and pneumatic pressing mode. The pressure can be adjusted according to the needs or thickness of the box through pressure regulator. There are sponge stripe on the upper conveying belt to make extra pressure to the gluing part to make the gluing stronger.
Electric Section:
Scientific and reasonable mechanical structure combined with reliable quality of imported electric automatic control give you a trouble-free operation.
