Customized gear shafts(shaft with gear) for mechanical transmision purpose.
We have complete production line with CNC turning, milling, teeth shaping, hobbing, heat treatment, grinding capacity, and inspecting devices. Different material, different tolerance, different heat treatment...Will be met according to customer's requirements. We are familiar with GB, BS, ASTM, DIN, JIS standards.
1) Material: 5140 / 1045 and so on;
