Product Introduction
The special kneader for silicone rubber is a kind of semi-dry or rubber-like viscous plastic material produced by a pair of matching and rotating blades, which can make the material react quickly and obtain uniform mixing.

Electric heating, steam, oil heating, water cooling and other methods are adopted for the temperature regulation of special kneader for silicone rubber, and hydraulic cylinder turning and cover opening are adopted. The discharging methods include hydraulic, cylinder tipping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. The cylinder block, blade and material contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure product quality.

Structural features
The main structure is composed of six parts: kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electric control system; kneading part is composed of the cylinder body, slurry shaft, wall panel and cylinder head. The hydraulic system is controlled by a hydraulic station to complete the functions of opening and closing the big cover and turning the mixing cylinder; the electric control system has a manual and automatic electric control system, which is selected and required by users at will and is convenient and reliable to operate. The transmission system is composed of a motor, reducer and gear. The motor is matched according to the kneader model. In the process of transmission, the motor speed can be synchronized, the output device can drive the fast slurry to the specified speed after the elastic coupling to the reducer, and the frequency converter can also adjust the speed.
