Control from production process:
 We don't send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised under inspection department
 7 stages pretreatment meet international standard
 Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensure the paint finish

Control from material:
All the material is inspected before entering to warehouse
All bolts and screws are of SS material
Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mm thickness, meet EU standard
Plastic material durable and sturdy. Over 5 years' lifetime. Different colors for options

Control from inspection:
Process inspections after cold working, acid washing, powder coating and assembling
 Final inspection before loading in random checking
 All treadmill is tested one by one in quiet room
 SGS or other third party inspection available if required

A: 45-60 days after confirmed PI.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: 1*20GP per model.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% TT in advance,70% balance against BL document/ LC 

Q: How about the guarantee?
A: home use model have1 year guarantee. Commercial model have 3 years guarantee.
Please take clear big picture of the damaged parts,Better take a small video to explain once you find damage.
Once get the picture or video,we will analysis and guide you how to fix it asap. All spare part will be send by DHL for free.
If damaged caused by human caused,it might not in this list.
