Wrangler Automatic nest is designed for broiler breeders. It provides the hens with a comfortable environment in which they lay their eggs.
- Adjustable egg belt speed, gentle transport.
- Each nest floor has a galvanized wire mesh and a perforated "AstroTurf" mat. Clean and environment friendly for the birds.
- Less floor eggs.
- The nest floor closes the nest entry for the night, this feature keep birds out of nest at night and keep clean nest. 
- Front egg channel, easy check.
- Egg channel width 15mm or 20mm.
- Nest hole size: 500mm depth *1000mm length. 45 broiler breeders per hole.
- Automatic egg collection system, labor cost saving.

Egg belt

The egg belt speed is adjustable according to the egg quantity to be collected. Gentle transport, less hair crack eggs.
 

Automatic egg nest system Features: 

1. Single tier Double nest and single tier wall nest can be choosed, it will be designed as customer house drawing,

2.The nesbed up and down system of automatic poultry nesting box egg can be set on/off time every day automaticlly with timer, for driving the layers or chicken parent out from the nest at night  avoid the hens sitting and brooding in nest, affect appetite and egg production . And the up and down system also can be automatic or manual. 

3. The egg belt speed can be adjusted as need with converter, improve the automatic control, intelligent management level.

4. The nest can be custom with adjustable support legs, or put them on the plastic slats as customer requirement.
