1.What is the MOQ for OEM manufacturing parts?How to calculate the sample cost?
A: MOQ according to clients needs. Sample cost is expensive than the bulk order in general. The supplier does not offer service of cut off pieces of material. Timing and programming machine also cost much time.
2.Why the price is high or low by different suppliers with my drawing files?
A: The working model of factories are different. Although the machining machine very much the same. The craftsmanship and conscientiousness are different. It's can't think about price or manufacturing size separately for Cost performance. It's one-shot deal if any products without quality and service. Do our best to make clients be our repeat clients with a qualified quality and quick response.
3.How to start business process?
(1).Send your drawing files or samples to us. ( such as JPEG, PDF, DWG, DXF, IGS, STEP.CAD etc.)Tell us follows information: Quantity, Material, Tolerance, Surface treatment and special requirements. We can check and modify drawings for customers if in need.
(2).Response time: In most cases, we respond within 24 hours of an RFQ once all relevant information has been submitted. However, there may be situations when we must source material from an external supply and therefore the quotation may be delayed accordingly.
(3).Lead time and details will show on the quotation.

5.How do i know my design will be protected?
A: At QBH we take our customer's confidentiality very seriously. The confidential agreement is signed to protect all design of customer's.
6.What if i'm not happy with the end product?
A: If it is practical to do so, we will replace any parts that you are not 100% satisfied with. However, if it is not practical to do so, then we will provide you with a credit of a negotiated sum.
7.How can I make payments to QBH?
A: currently accept payments via bank to bank wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal etc.
8.What are the terms for shipping of the order samples?
A: Our standard terms are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) for samples only. This means that we assume all freight charges and liability to the named place in the country of importation. From there, the customer is responsible for the importing tax or duty of the goods at the importing country.
9.What are shipping terms for mass production orders?
A: Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) for regular production orders. This means that once we make the goods ready for pickup, all other transportation costs and risks are assumed by the customer once the goods leave our premises. FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP be an option.
