              It is a new project in our company. It is made of PVC ashcalcuim carbonate and other fillers which can replace steel templates and bamboo plastic sheet templates. It has the advantage of low costlight weightcontinuous use 10~30 times, waste material can re-use. It is the new environmental building tamlplate.

Screw with special mixing and plasticization function. The machine set consists of a single-screw plastic extruder, automatic vacuum feeder, dehumidifying and drying hopper, extruder head, three-roller press, heating and leveling device, row-roller cooling device, side trim unit, draw bar machine, shearing machine, row-roller conveyor, etc.

The machine set has a compact structure and outstanding performance. The screw and screw cap are optimized and designed and made of high performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA so that the whole machine has such advantages as uniform plasticization, stable extrusion output, high product output, long service time, etc.

        PVC foam board has such characteristics as sound separation, sound absorption, heat separation, temperature-keeping, etc.
The material is incombustible, it is safe for use.All series of products have property of moisture proof, mildew proof, water resistance;

All series of products have property of weathering proof, its luster may remain forever, and it is not easy to be ageing.
This product is light, storage & transport, construction are rather convenient.
This product can be worked with normal tools for wooden material.
Drilling, sawing, nail,  bonding can be conducted like wooden material.
It is suitable for thermal shaping, thermal bending and fold processing.It can be weilded; it can also be bonded with other pvc material.
