Product Introduction
Myande MPSG Series Cracker is designed to crack oilseeds in different parts for further processing. It is widely used in the preparation process of oilseeds, seeds such as soybean, sunflower, cottonseed, corn and others.

1. Unique roll gap adjustment mechanism allowing for synchronous adjustment at both ends as well as single end adjustment, and eliminating roll-roll contact during adjustment.
2. Adopting rail-type bearing block that facilitates dismantling and positioning of roll and other parts and components.
3. Complete with Teflon wearable baffles on both sides of the working chamber which moves with the main shaft to eliminate leakage so as to ensure hygienic working environment.
4. Spring-type automatic belt tensioning devices.
5. Complete with magnet device at feeding position which moves with the feeding gate so as to effectively remove metal stuff from the material.
6. Available in single level, double level and tri-level designs.
7. Modular design enabling observation of current change and roll load of each level for the purpose of ensuring even load on each roll.
