Chocolate ball mill is the ideal equipment for efficient grinding of chocolate pastes and similar low-fat slurries.
This ball mill may be used alone (after the slurry mixing), but to better demonstrate the characteristics when combined with the refiner, either alone or as an integrated processing system.
The refining of the chocolate slurry is done by rotating the steel ball by the two spindles with disc.
The design and distribution of these components allows the slurry (pumped from bottom to top) to remain as long as possible in the ball mill, enabling homogeneous grinding of the slurry (20-25 μm).
