Customized 14M Silicone Vulcanization IR Tunnel Oven

Technical requirements:
1. Tunnel furnace dimensions: L14000 * W1400 * H1300 mm
(feed zone 2 meters, a total of 2.5 m oven 4, the discharge area of 2 meters, divided into two 7 m splicing)
2. Voltage, power: 480V / 3P 24KW * 2
(up and down the 24 infrared quartz tube)
3 working temperature: room temperature --- 230 degrees adjustable.
4. Appearance Material: The use of T1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate bending welding production, after the surface anti-rust treatment powder (computer white).
5. The inner box material: using T1.2mm stainless steel bending welding production.
6. Insulation material: high temperature silicate cotton compacted filled.
7. Power: The equipment is divided into 2 segments independent speed control, using 370W gear motor, with frequency converter speed, speed 0-2 m / min adjustable.
8. Conveyor: 2 * 2 mesh brown Teflon mesh belt.
9. Wind mode: Each oven using one set of 375W high temperature fan, 9-inch high temperature wind wheel circulation wind, every two to set a smoke exhaust valve, a total of 2 exhaust valve.
10. Open the way: Each oven equipped with a cylinder jacking lid for easy maintenance, the inlet is equipped with a duplex filter.
