SPRING MOUNT

The solution against noise and vibration
Machinery, which, by virtue of its design has reciprocating or rotating parts, creates vibration to some degree through imbalance of the moving parts.

VIBRATION MEASUREMENT

AMC Mecanocaucho offers services on a free of cost basis for our customers, such as vibration measurement. Our application engineers study your application and come back to you with possible solutions to reduce noise and vibration emissions.
Taking into account the technical parameters of the application we make a theoretical calculation . This calculation will allow us to select several possible mounts that theoretically should perform well. We send samples and vibration measurement on your application. Comparing theoretical and real vibration isolation results we find the optimal solution for each application.

Antivibration calculations

Simulation and calculation of all kind of machinery, thanks to non lineal multibody 6 dof calculations.
Taking into account data such as weight, position of mounts, machine type, Center of Gravity, disturbing frequency, etc., 6 dof calculations are carried out. We have experience in the isolation of cabs, engines, radiators, pumps, fans, compressors, HVAC, industrial vehicles and machinery in general.
 

Designs

We design new products taking into account the needs of each customer.
Taking into account the needs of each customer and their requirements, we design new products or modify standard products to solve specific vibration problems. We use our own proprietary calculation software. We use multiple degree of freedom calculation software as well as modal analisys research systems.

Our servohydraulic test bench allows us to reproduce the frequency and amplitude of the vibrations generated by machines, motors, compressors or vibrating elements on our isolators.
