The system incorporates an IngersoII Rand screw air compressor; refrigerated air dryer and Parker filters, oxygen generator air buffer tank, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen booster.

(1)    Oilfree Screw Air Compressor →Air Tank→ C grade E9 Air filter→C grade Refrigeration Air dryer→T grade E7 main pipe Filter → A grade E5 oil mist filter → No air consumption adsorption air dryer →Dust filter→ Air Tank (Dryer tank) → PSA Oxygen generator → Oxygen tank → the qualified oxygen to the booster for filling bottle, not qualified air discharge. 

(2)    One the not qualified air discharge → Air tail recovery tank→No air consumption adsorption air dryer→ process again.

1).Variable Frequency Delay Adsorption Technology(Note: Suitable for continuous use of oxygen process and not at full load, not suitable for process of intermittent use of oxygen)
Under the rated flow, the oxygen purity is >=93%. When the demand side uses a small rated flow rate, the oxygen purity will gradually increase.
Our oxygen generator adopts delayed adsorption technology. When the oxygen purity is detected to be greater than the set purity, the oxygen generator system will automatically extend the adsorption time, thereby reducing the number of vents of the oxygen generator, reducing air consumption, and saving running  costs.

During this period, the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment and parts provided by the supplier due to quality problems shall be borne by the supplier. If the equipment is damaged or replaced due to incorrect operation and improper use, the user shall bear the expenses incurred. After the warranty period, the supplier provides life-long paid equipment maintenance services.
2. After receiving the user's telex or telephone service information, we will give a clear reply immediately. If there is a quality problem, DHL will send out replacement parts within 48 hours.
