1.All of our fishing & working boat are made of Marine-grade aluminum 5083-h116 with China Ship Classification society ( CCS ) 

2.Welding Specification :

   1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this ship .

   2) The ultrasonic inspection to be carried out for the cross joint of seam and other important place

   3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced qualified welders .

   4) The bottom is double bottom system and constructed on the longitudinal system of framing .

   1) The Whole hull structure Manual bilge pump system

   2) The underfloor fuel tank with cutoff valves and fuel inspection hose with heavy duty fuel hoses .

   3) Balance testing , Flotation and deck water-tight and flotation testing make sure 100% safe "
