Automatic steel-bars truss girder welding line
The equipment is specially designed and researched on the basis of enhancing steel bar truss girder welding machine stability, reducing the energy consumption and noise, reducing size. It is applied in the construction machinery industry.

Main contents of research and development:
1. high pressure high flow hydraulic system to meet the production requirements;
2. clamping structure to clamp five steel bars at the same time;
3. movable structure to adjust the push distance conveniently.
4. Improved straightening mechanism to reduce noise and large energy consumption from existing equipment, by pulling steel bar through a set of straightening roller to straighten the steel bar with energy saving and less noise, reduce the structure size and feeding stable.
5. Hydraulic system to replace five straighten electric motors, one servo motor and one air compressor, to reduce the energy consumption and noise and more stable during the production.

FEATURES
1. Steel truss welder is a professional automatic machine using steel plate materials (Cold rolled steel/Hot rolled steel) to produce triangular trusses (including roof steel trusses and railway steel trusses). It is good in common use, and easy to make adjustment. It consists of 6 parts, 1.Put rack, 2.Straightening mechanism, 3.Main framework, 4.Discharging rack, 5.Hydraulic system, 6. Electrical system.
2.Truss stepping mechanism is controlled by CNC servo motor. It is high precision and easy to make adjustment.
3. Integral put rack could carry 3 tons of steel plate materials. It is proper designed and small land occupancy area (Patented).
4. Wire bending mechanism, high precision in forming, steady and easy to use (Patented).
5. The control interface of humanization is easy to operate, visually, high intelligent.
6. Electronic components are all imported fromSiemensand Mitsubishi. They are steady and reliable.
7. The silicon control triggering unit is low power consumption, small and high reliability.
8. Automatic collecting mechanism reduces labor intensity and improves efficiency.
