Method:
Test material: ClO2 10% tablet (food grade)
Dosage: ClO2 10% tablet 1g in 1000ml sterilized water (100ppm) for 5-10min.
Test strains:
Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 (biological indicator of pyogenic coccus)
Monilia albican ATCC10231 (Biological indicator of bacterial in air)
E.coli ATCC6766 (Biological indicator of intestinal flora)
B.subtilis var.niger ATCC10222 (biological indicator of bacterial spores)
Temperature: 21-22ºC

Conclusion:
To disinfect Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 (G+ bacterial, common in food industry), KL value >5.00 after 0.5min.
To disinfect Monilia albican ATCC10231(fungi), KL value >4.00 after 1min.
To disinfect E.coli ATCC6766 (G- bacterial), KL value >5.00 after 0.5min.
To disinfect B.subtilis var.niger ATCC10222(G+ bacterial), KL value >4.00 after 1min.

Method:
Material: ClO2 10% tablet (food grade), specification sheet
Dosage: ClO2 0.2g/L (ClO2 10% tablet 1g in 1L water, 100ppm)
Treating time: 1min
Treatment: Cucumber was smashed by cotton ball for 8 times. Cotton ball was soaked in ClO2 100mg/L (100ppm) solution for 1min. Then print the surface to count microbial.
Result:
Note: No microbial was found in dilution water and blank culture media.
3. Plant disinfection test
Method:

Dosage: ClO2 0.2g/L (ClO2 10% tablet 1g in 1L water, 100ppm)
Treating time: 1min
Treatment: Cucumber was smashed by cotton ball for 8 times. Cotton ball was soaked in ClO2 100mg/L (100ppm) solution for 1min. Then print the surface to count microbial.
Result:
Note: No microbial was found in dilution water and blank culture media.
