(Summary description)Primary maintenance of mold:
The first-level maintenance of the mold refers to the daily maintenance of the mold by the operator during production. The main content is cleaning, lubrication and inspection.
A. Maintenance during mold loading:
1. Clean the upper and lower surfaces of the mold before loading the mold to ensure that the mold mounting surface and the press table are not crushed and the parallelism of the upper and lower mounting surfaces of the mold during production;
2. After the mold is installed, open the mold and clean all parts of the mold, especially the guide mechanism. For the surface part mold, the profile should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the part;
3. Lubricate and grease the sliding parts of the mold;
4. Inspection of all parts of the mold, especially safety parts. Such as: safety side pins, safety screws, side guards, punching waste channels, etc.
B. Maintenance during production:
1. Periodically oil the corresponding part of the mold during production. Such as: blanking rings and rounded corners of the drawing die; knife edge parts of the trimming die; flanging knife block parts, etc .;
2. Regularly clean the small hole waste channel of the trimming punching die.
C. Post-production maintenance:
1. A comprehensive inspection of the mold is required after production is completed;
2. Comprehensively clean the mold to ensure the cleanliness of the mold;
3. Clean up the waste in the mold to ensure that there is no waste in the waste box;
4. Feedback the usage status of the mold and the actual situation to the "Working Ticket for Mold Use".
Secondary maintenance of the mold:
The secondary maintenance of the mold refers to the regular systematic maintenance of the mold based on the technical status and complexity of the mold. This maintenance work is completed by the mold repair personnel, and a record is made according to the maintenance situation. The requirements and methods of the second warranty are described below for different parts:
A, drawing die convex die, concave die:
The main problem of the convex and concave dies of the drawing die is the burring of the burrs and the profile. During the maintenance, the rounded burrs of the mold are polished. If pitting occurs, repair the mold and repair it.
B. Guide parts (guide post, guide bush, guide plate, etc.):
There will be pull marks and other phenomena during the work of the mold. The main causes are dirty lubricant and uneven guide clearance. When the guide part has a pull mark, it is eliminated by pushing it with a stone and then polishing it;
C. Trimming edge:
During the use of the mold, the knife edge part is prone to chipping and edge collapse. At this time, the damaged part of the mold must be repaired and repaired;
D, spring and other elastic parts:
During use, the spring is one of the most vulnerable parts of the mold, and it usually shows fracture and deformation. The method adopted is replacement, but the specifications and models of the springs must be paid attention to during the replacement process. The specifications and models of the springs are determined by the three items of color, outer diameter and length, and they can only be replaced if all three items are the same;
E, punch, punch sleeve:
Most of the punches and punches used on the mold are standard parts. During the use of the mold, the punches are prone to break, bend and chip, and the punches are generally chipped. The damage of the punch and the sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same specification. The parameters of the punch mainly include the size of the working part, the size of the mounting part, and the length.
F. Fastening parts:
Check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The approach taken is to find replacement parts of the same specifications;
G. Pressing and discharging parts:
Pressing parts such as blanking plate, urethane, etc., unloading parts such as unloading plate, pneumatic jacking device, etc. Check the assembly relationship of each part for damage during maintenance and repair the damaged part.
