1.Cold Room Cold storage Evaporator introduction and Technical data
EST serial Ceiling mounted typical air cooler can match with different capacity condensing equipments; it can apply to different temperature cold rooms.
ESTJS serial can apply to 0°C cold room, storage such as egg or vegetable.
ESTKS apply to -18°C cold room, storage meat, fish.
ESTXS apply to -25°C cold room for freezing or fast freezing the fresh meat and fish

1) With hydrophilic or white aluminum coil inside
2) Copper pipe: diameter 8.9mm or9.0mm, 12mm or 14.5mm , smooth tube

We can produce all kind of refrigeration equipments, such as condensing unit, evaporator, condenser and monoblock, etc. Condensing units are with Bitzer compressor, Emerson Copeland, and Tecumseh compressor. Two stages or screw Bitzer compressor are for blast freezing, with vertical type evaporator. Compressor racks are for bigger cold room project. Monoblock units are becoming popular in small cold rooms.

Q: What information do you need to provide in order to get a quotation?
A: Generally, for condensing unit we need to know following items:
-Cooling Capacity,
-Required cold room temperature or evaporating temperature
-Water cooling system or air cooling system.
-Compressor brand
-Electrical power supply, such as 380V-3Phase-50HZ or 440V-3Phase-60HZ
-Refrigerant, such as R22 or R404a
-It is better there are local ambient temperature datas
If can not give full answers for above items, we can via another way, such as cold room dimension, application, etc

7. Product package and deliver
A:For cold room machine:Standard package f with plywood, the unit can be well protected, it is with pallet on the bottom for easy transportation., the unit can be well protected ,suitable for container shipment.
B:For cold room panel:Plastic film for panel, Each panel is well wrapped with plastic film respectively, the corner is protected with brown paper.
8. Installation instructions and project photo
1. The cooler can be fixed on the ceiling with 4, 8, or 10 long bolts.
2. The space between the unit and wall must be ≥400mm (see the diagram). It is necessary for air circulation and maintenance.
3. The unit must be level after being fixed.
4. A slope on the drainage pipe from the cooler to the outside is needed for the condensed Water goes to outside smoothly. A U shape is needed at the outside on the drainage pipe to keep the hot air from going inside. (See the diagram)
5. The drainage pipe inside the room need be heat insulated. The heating line is needed to prevent the condensed water from freezing in case the cold room temperature is below 0ºC.
6. The temperature sensor of the solenoid valve should be fixed on the level parts of suction pipe, keep touch well with the pipe surface. The suction pipe should be heat insulated to prevent the sensor from interfered by the room temperature.
7. The space outside the air outlet of the cooler must not be no obstacles, to prevent the air blowing be interfered.
