Q:How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?  
A:When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model no, product size,
    and tube length, color, order quantity.We will send you quota with complete details very soon.
Q:Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order.
    But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
Q:Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
A:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q:What is the normal lead time ?
A:For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 20-30 work days after we receive your deposit.
B:For aluminum product, the delivery time is 30-40 days after we received your deposit.
Q:What is your payment term?
A:T/T; PayPal;L/C; Western Union and so on.
Q:What is your shipping way?
A:We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.
   Doing 100% inspection after production. After the packaging is finished, we will take a picture for customer to check.
