FAQ
Q1:Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are a direct manufacturer.
Q2:How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually 35-45 days after received the deposit.
Q3:Do you provide samples?
A: Yes we do.
Q4:Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A: Yes we do.
Q5:What do I build the shed on?
A: You need a level flat surface on which you can build the shed. The floor can be a level concrete pad or you can build a
floor with one of 2 options:
1. build a foundation with 2x4 wood and lay a plywood floor on top or
2. purchase our ready to go foundation kit and lay a plywood floor on top. (we do not supply the plywood floor with the
foundation kit)
Q6:Can I build the shed on an existing concrete pad?
A: Yes, you can build the shed on an existing concrete pad provided it's level.
Q7:What is your foundation kit for? What is it made of?
A: If you don't have a concrete pad, a foundation is needed on which a plywood floor can be laid. It is made of hot dipped
galvanized steel.
Q8:What do I have to pay special attention to when assembling Sinolily products?
A: The basic requirement is a flat, horizontal building site!
Please protect the sheet metal parts from scratches.
Wear gloves during installation - parts may have sharp edges.
Q9:Can I assemble a shed by myself?
A: No. At least two people are required to assemble a shed of any size-at least one to position parts or panels, and one to
handle fasteners and tools. On larger sheds, you may wish to have even more assistance.
Q10:How long does it take to assemble?
A: Assembly time depends on a variety of factors, including weather conditions, tool available, DIY skill and the pace at
which you work. After constructing the base, generally, you should plan on at least one day working with someone
who can assit you. There's also estimated time on each product manual for your reference.
Assembly time varies depending on the size of the shed, whether you have a foundation or not. Here are some
estimates for some of our basic sheds: The 10x8 takes two people 4-5 hours, the 5x3 takes 1 hour, the 4x8 takes 3-4
hours; and the 8x6 takes 2 people 3-4 hours. Your choice of foundation will add more time to this.
Q11:Are Sinolily Products easy to assemble?
A: All Sinolily products are delivered with detailed step to step instruction with drawings. Assembly of our products
requries no special technical knowledge.
Q12:How are Sinolily products packed?
A:They are well packed in flat strong packages ready for self-assembly.
Q13:Do you have a warranty? How Long?
A: Yes, we have different warranty for different sheds and greenhouse and other products.
Q14:How to choose a carport site?
A:Before installation, consider the car's route into and out of the carport as well as your route from the car to your house
and back. Mark the poles' location on the ground and make sure the vehicle can safely enter the carport. This is very
important when the entryway is curved. Make sure there is enough space for the carport itself. Walls, fences,
balconies and trees could become obstacles.
