Indications
For Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome. It can also be used for extrapyramidal diseases caused by drugs.
Adverse reactions
Common mouth dry * blurred vision, occasionally see tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, urinary retention, constipation. Long term application may cause drowsiness, depression, memory decline, hallucination and turbid consciousness.
Precautions
1. Pregnant women, lactating women and children should use it with caution.
2. Long term use of the elderly is easy to promote glaucoma. Patients with arteriosclerosis are prone to mental disorder, disorientation, anxiety, hallucination and psychotic symptoms. It should be used with caution.
3. Drug overdose will produce toxic symptoms: when the dosage is exceeded, mydriasis, increased intraocular pressure, palpitation, tachycardia, dysuria, weakness, headache, blush, fever or abdominal distention can be seen.
