1. High temperature resistance;
2. NOMEX filter bags are widely applied in fume/smoke filtration system industry like asphalt mixing, smelting furnace, cement kiln, gypsum production and tobacco production.
3. Strong tensile strength and abrasion resistance keep our NOMEX filter long working life.
4. Our normal filter size Diameter 130mmx 3000mm L, D150mm x 3000mm L / Diameter 160mm X 3600mm L / Diameter 160mm x 6000mm L Meanwhile ,we tailor produce for the filter size with clients dust collector design.
2) Application:
NOMEX filter bags are mainly used in cement industry, asphalt industry, metallurgical industry and tobacco industry for flue gas purification.
3) Performance:
1. Continuous operating temperature is up to 200ºC, instant service temperature is up to 240ºC;
2. Fire retardant performance is excellent;
3. Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good;
4. Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance;
5. Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will greatly reduce its servece life.
