Operation

1. For dumbbell training, can exercise the shoulder, elbow, wrist joint flexion and extension activity, and muscle strength.
2. Hold dumbbells with hands, first with 0.5kg, and gradually increase to 2.3kg training.
3. The use of extending chest, lifting high, change hands, balance and other training methods, and time the training.
4. Training can be used by standing, bent, lying posture and many other multi-movement training, gradually increase the training intensity.

1. Read operation instruction carefully before using, be familiar with product performance, requirement and usage method, and then do training.
