Q1. How to use the car umbrella? 
A1: The automatic type is opened and closed by the remote control, and the manual type is opened and closed by pulling and pushing any of the corner of the car umbrella, we have manual instruction to come with the product, or you could contact with us for operation video.

Q2. How can the umbrella put stably on the car roof?
A2: We design a strong vacuum suction cup, when use the car umbrella, put it on the flat position on the car roof, and pull down the handle, the umbrella will be fixed.

Q3. How to charge for the car umbrella?
A3: There will be car charging line for to come with the umbrella. And we also design USB port for USB line charging. When power is not enough, the power light turns to red, and the red light is flashing while charging, after full charging, the light turns to blue.

Q4. How to protect my car umbrella from stealing?
A4: There is steel wire in the anti-thief rope, it is hard to cut off and cannot be stolen 

Q5. What's the strength of the frame?
A5: Material of the frame is high strength carbon fiber, and the load-bearing can be 70KG.

Q6. How if meet strong wind while using the umbrella?

A6: With the strong vacuum suction cup, strong carbon fiber frame, the umbrella is fixed stably. And we design 6pcs windproof rope to hang on the back mirror and door handle. What's more, we adopt active button for connecting the cloth and frame. If meet strong wind suddenly, the button will unbutton automatically. Therefore, the umbrella can resistant 7 grade strong wind.

Q7. What's the material for the car umbrella cloth?
A7: 210D oxford cloth with 3 layers of oil which is waterproof, UV protection and durable used.

Q8. What if I lost the remote controller?
A8: Need to buy another remote controller from manufacturer.

Q9. What if the cloth is damaged or old?
A9: The cloth can be used as long as 10 years, can be replaced by a new one if damaged, We have 3 normal colors: blue, silver and black.

Q10. What certificates you can provide?
A10: FCC, CE, and ROSH.

Q11.Do you have different size for different cars?
A11: Currently we have 4.6m*2.3m, 4.0m*2.2m and 3.5m*2.1m to fit for different types of car.

Q12. Why I can't operate the car umbrella by remote control?
A12: There is ON/OFF switch on the handle of umbrella, remember to switch to "ON" when use the umbrella. Switch to "OFF" when you are no longer need to operate it.
