Weather resistance is very high, kraft paper is not affected by temperature changes. Commonly used materials are 1060,1050,3003,5052 and so on, temper 14,24,16,18 and so on.

First: The kraft paper used on the surface is self-adhesive bonded by glue, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, timely delivery and low production cost.
Two: The kraft paper and aluminium roll are bonded together by heating.
After covering kraft paper, the aluminium roll can be further processed to make embossed aluminium roll.
PV/PVDF coated aluminum sheet:
PVDF Coated: Coated Aluminum single board features with super durability and weather resistance,and better properties to anti- acid,anti-alkali,keeping more than 15 years without fading in using as external wall cladding.
PE Coated: It can be classified matt and glossy according to the colors. The compact molecule structure assure paint surface Iuster and smooth,and assures good painting on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance,it is specially applied to internal decoration and sign aborad.
