Iron-magnesia Spinel Brick
The brick is made from iron-magnesia spinel raw materials added with special toughness agent, by highly pressed and fired at high temperature. The brick has features as follow: 1.excellent toughness at high temperature, the spalling damage is not easy to happen during drying kiln and using. 2. Excellent coat formed in burning zone, and normal coat damage does not spall. 3. Excellent strength and thermal shock resistance. 4. With stable dimension, can meet the requirement of installation in project. The product applies in burning zone.

Who we are?
Zhengzhou Kaiyuan Refractories Co.,Ltd is a professional company produces and sales refractory materials for industry of cement,iron & steel and non- ferrous metals etc. Our plant covers an area of 6,000 square maters and has more than 100 employee. The capacity of production and selling is about 25,000 tons per year.
Our main products are corundum brick, magnesia brick, magnesia chrome brick, magnesia alumina spinel brick, low apparent porosity fireclay brick, high alumina brick, silica brick, insulation brick, thermal ceramic fiber blanket and all kinds of monolithic refractory materials.
Our products had been exported to South Korea, Japan, Russia, Bahrain,Iraq, Italy, Mexico, Germany, Pakistan, Japan, Thailand, Uzbekistan, UK and so on.

1. How you can control your quality?
For each production processing, we have complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties.
Before production, we test all the raw materials; During the production, we test the semi-finished products; After production, all the goods will be tested, only the qualified goods will de delivered and the quality certificate will be shipped along with goods.
2. What's your delivery time?
It usually needs about 45-50 days after receiving the deposit.
3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide a free sample for testing, If we have sample in stock.
The quantity based on the material type, The buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
4. What's your payment terms?
We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against BL copy; 100% LC at sight.
5. Can we visit your Company?
Yes, certainly. You are very welcome to China and we will be honored to have a customer and friend.
6. What standards do you have?
Our products meet the standards, such as ASTM, ASME, AMS, DIN, JIS etc.
The third party testing is all available for us.
