Iron is found in the world's oldest and most widely used, is the largest amount metal, the metal consumption of about 95% of total consumption. Iron ore is mainly used for iron and steel industry, smelting iron and steel according to the different carbon content. The so-called iron ore deposits is the main target of industrial development and utilization. Iron ore beneficiation plant is generally divided into several stages, crushing, grinding, classification and separating. The current iron ores beneficiation plant generally through the crusher crushed the raw ore, and then into the ball mill smashed through the gravity separation, flotation, extracted from the concentrate and tailings, and through chemical methods, and iron ore beneficiation products eventually become finished products.
Raw iron ores are three stage crushed by jaw crusher and cone crusher, then get a reasonable degree of fineness iron ore. These relatively small iron ore particles enter ball mill for grinding through the elevator and vibrating feeder. After ball mill grinding, the milled ore gets the next procedure: classification. Because of different proportion of solid particles in the liquid precipitation at different speeds of the principle, spiral classifier clean and grade the iron ore mixture. When the iron ore mixture which has been cleaned and classified get through magnetic separator, the magnetic material of iron ore mixture will be separated by magnetic and mechanical force. Then these iron ore particles are into flotation separator. Depending on the mineral characteristics with different drugs, making the iron ore and other substances to be separated. These semi-finished products should be dried by dryer then the iron come into being.
