Granite is one kind of igneous rocks formed by the condensate of magma below the surface. The main component of granite mine is quartz, feldspar and mica. The crushed granite rocks also can be used in cement or to be filled in Dams. In addition to being used as advanced architectural decoration project and the hall ground, Granite is also the best material for sculptures.

Big granite materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will be fed into cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; then the crushed granite materials will be transported to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the aggregates that can meet your requirements will be separated out as final products, while the other aggregates will be returned to cone crusher. This whole process can form a closed circuit for aggregates. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.
 

 
Nowadays artificial sand is widely used in highway construction, concrete making, and relevant construction fields. Due to the gradual shortage of natural sand resources and the booming construction industry, machine-made artificial sand becomes even more popular in the market. Various types of rocks can be processed into sand including granite, natural river pebbles, basalt, and limestone etc.


The crushed material from the sand making machine will be transported to another or the same vibrating screen for sieving again. The sand which meet fineness requirement can be transported to a sand washing machine for cleaning, and then be retained as final products. Oversized material will be returned to the sand making machine and screen for repeated crushing & sieving until all the materials are turned into sand. We can provide professional solutions to meet different capacity requirements.

Packing and Delivery
The main machines should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery.  The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.

1. How long is the date of delivery?
30-45 working days after advanced payment or depends on order quantity.

2. How long is the gurantee period of your machines or complete plant?
We guarantee quality of the machines  (excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish under our technician's guidence.

3. What's the after sale service of your company?
We will send engineers to guide your workers to install the machine, take trial run; the buyer should prepare the materials and tools needed, and offer necessary assistance. The actual expenses incurred for accommodation, to and from travel for the engineer, and insurance, should be borne by the buyer.
