Features:

Cooking Instruction:
  1. Poached method: add 100g vegetable oil in a pot and heat over medium fire until the oil temperature rises to 60-70ºC,
      add a bag of sauce to stir-fry for 30 seconds,   then add lobsters and stir-fry them well,   add water to cover them and
      stew over middle fire until water remains little.
  2. Dry-braised method: add 250g vegetable oil into a pot over high heat until it is nearly boiling,   add lobsters to stir-fry
      until they become red, take out half of the oil, and put one bag of sauce into wok and stir them for 3-5 minutes over a
      slow fire. Then they can be served.
  3. Aquatic products such as field snails, crabs, mussels can also be cooked by the above two methods.
