HW type pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction volute mixed flow pump. It is suitable for transporting other liquids in clear water or with physicochemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid should not be higher than 50 C. Widely used in farmland irrigation and drainage, industrial and urban water supply and drainage and other occasions
Structural characteristics
1. It has simple structure, reliable use, convenient decoration, high efficiency, small size and light weight.
2. Direct drive and variable speed drive. Electric motors and diesel engines are commonly used in power engines. When ordering, the type (power, speed) of the power engine should be specified so as to determine the specifications of the coupling or pulley.
Conditions of use
Mixed-flow pump is a kind of "pull-out" structural pump. When inspecting and disassembling impellers and shaft seals, it is not necessary to dismantle the pipelines connecting the pump body. Mixed-flow pump is equipped with precisely processed pump shafts, bearings lubricated with thin oil, and protective sleeves in the stuffing cover. The oil level of bearing box can be controlled by constant oil cup. The rotation direction of the mixed-flow pump is clockwise from the driving end, and the power drive can be motor or internal combustion engine.
1. The supporting foot of the pump body of a mixed-flow pump can bear any load from the pipeline and pass it directly to the foundation. In this way, the rotor of the mixed-flow pump will not bend because the pump is loaded, thus ensuring the best service life of the bearing.
2. Mixed-flow pumps have larger overflow area, thus reducing blockage.
3. Mixed-flow pump device can be equipped with a complete exhaust device, which is conducive to the exhaust of the inhalation pipeline.
4. The material of mixed-flow pump belongs to corrosion-resistant material.

Reasons and Removal Methods of Mixed Flow Pump's Failure to Water
1. Insufficient water diversion for 500HW mixed-flow pump or insufficient vacuum pumping. Removal methods: Continue irrigation, or continue pumping, no pumping, check the vacuum pump.
2. Leakage of intake pipeline. Removal method: Inspect all joints of pipeline, screw plug and welded pipe to inspect welded joints.
3. The suction range is too high. The elimination method is to reduce the installation height of the pump. The suction range of the mixed-flow pump is not more than six meters under the standard atmospheric pressure.
4. Pump steering is not right. Elimination method: adjust pump steering and motor adjust wiring head. Diesel engine, then adjust the direction of installation!
5. The total height of water conveyance exceeds the stipulation. The exclusion method is to reduce the height, elbow, pipeline and pipeline loss.
