Honey powder is natural honey that has been spray dried into a fine powder. It is then blended with fructose and maltodextrin to keep it free flowing.  Honey is said to be a natural antiseptic due to its tendency to absorb the lifesustaining moisture out of bacterial cell walls.  it is useful to include in healing salves and to use as a natural wound cover. Honey attracts the dirt from skin pores and dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. 

Natural Lyophilized Honey Powder is honey that has been dehydrated and mixed with other ingredients to keep it free-flowing.Honey powder is more convenient than liquid honey in prolonged storage and mixing in dry mixes.  
Natural Lyophilized Honey Powder is 70 percent honey. Seventy percent honey powder has about the same sweetness level as sucrose sugar (regular cane table sugar).  In many recipes it can be used as an equal replacement for liquid honey with good results. In place of honey, use 3/4 parts honey power and 1/4 part water.
